and help you realize your projects successfully.

Manage expectations successfully

Each project has three related dimensions: time, cost, and scope. A change in one of these aspects will affect the other two. Little time demands more resources and more budget. Idem for an extended scope. It quickly becomes clear that a solid preparation and a good description of the project scope are decisive. The scope is the intent or expectation. Therefore, a project manager will manage these dimensions of a project to eventually resolve the expectation. For the management he has methods and techniques available, but it is people who have to realise the project and they are people who are preparing certain expectations. Communication is therefore crucial for the smooth running of a project.

Methods and techniques that help

One project is not the other. There are small and large projects. They can be predominantly related to creation, organization, production or a mix. Agile project Management, PMBOK, Prince2 methods, and other techniques help to make a project manageable. GT4Projects can help you to determine how to best tackle a project and what methods are best applied to your project (and). Our training courses give you insight into every aspect that comes with project management and we will coach you in the implementation as desired.

It’s about the people

Although the planning and management methods are very valuable, the added value of a project manager lies in the ability with which he/she sets up a team and can manage people. A team is composed of coordinated profiles and it is important for each team member to know his/her role and to know how to communicate and reported among themselves. The pooling and management of these disciplines, talents and personalities, together with the consultation with the client, is characteristic of a successful project manager.
